After careful consideration, Blue Chip Technology has moved the RE1 single board computer into its End of Life (EOL) phase.
The production timeline of the RE1 is as follows:
- 30 March 2018 – order forecasts required from customers.
- 30 June 2018 – the last date for customers to place orders.
- 30 October 2018 – the last date by which product shipments can be sent to customers.
For customers looking to replace their RE1, we recommend the following:
- Users of Microsoft CE/EC and Linux Ubuntu, consider the RE2 single board computer.
- Users of Android and Linux Ubuntu, consider the TM1 + HB6 single board computer.
