Internal Capabilities
EMC
As befits an engineering company that has a wide variety of facilities at its disposal, we have our own EMC facility on site. We use the facility for our own product and technology testing and also offer it to our customers to enable them to assess their products. We also use a spectrum analyser to greatly improve the documentation phase of our tests.
Thermals
Our in-house thermal chamber is rated from -40 to +120 degrees centigrade with humidity control. We use the chamber for our product validation process, making sure that the product works reliably over a range of temperatures, usually, over a long period of time. The chamber is large enough to house our system products and several of our boards products at the same time.
Hazardous Substances (RoHS)
Our products also comply with the European Union Directive 2002/95/EC, or the Restriction of Hazardous Substances Directive (RoHS). We conform to this directive, which restricts the use of materials such as lead and mercury, across our entire product range as standard.
External Possibilities
As part of the turnkey service that we offer, we have a number of selected partners who we work with to secure other compliance certifications. This includes protection against dust, water, vibrations and also market-specific regulations if your product is intended for global distribution.
